Information about cookies
Under article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), which applies to Bleta as a company established in Spain, regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR), which sets the same rule for visitors in the United Kingdom, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary for this website to work can only be stored on your device once you have consented to them. Your consent is freely given and you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdrew it.
What are cookies?
Cookies and other similar technologies such as local shared objects, flash cookies or pixels, are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about their visitors, as well as to ensure the correct operation of the site.
Through the use of these devices, the web server is allowed to remember some data concerning the user, such as their preferences for viewing the pages of that server, name and password, products of most interest to them, etc. Cookies do not damage the browsing device, but rather make it easier to use.

Types of cookies
By purpose

We advertise with Google Ads. If you accept advertising cookies, Google uses them to measure whether a visit from our ads leads to an enquiry and to show you Bleta ads on other websites. If you don't accept them, they are not used. Google may process this data in the United States, under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can change your choice at any time with "Manage cookies" in the footer.
Microsoft may process Microsoft Clarity data in the United States, under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Processing of personal data
BLETA SOLUTIONS, S.L., with registered office at Calle Industria 79, Planta 3, Puerta 3, 08025 Barcelona, is the party RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the Data Subject's personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 and, because Bleta is a Spanish company, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD); the following information about the processing is therefore provided:

- Legitimation of the processing: by consent of the data subject (regulation 6 of PECR and art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR).

Rights of the Data Subject:
