1. Information for the user
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
BLETA SOLUTIONS, S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B06961601, is the party RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER's personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
What personal data do we collect?
We collect the personal data that the USER provides voluntarily when requesting a quote, expressing interest in our products and services, or communicating with us through the website, by email or by telephone.
Through the quote form on the website we collect: your email address and, optionally, your name, your organisation and the details of your enquiry, together with the answers you select (your role, your country, the number of units you are interested in and who you sell to). If you go on to place an order or become a customer, we also process the billing details needed to issue the corresponding invoice.
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
The data you provide may be used for the following purposes:
- Preparing and sending you the quote you request, answering your enquiries and managing our pre-contractual and, where applicable, commercial relationship with you.
- Where you have given your consent, sending you communications by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY relating to its products and services. In this case, third parties will never have access to your personal data.
- Carrying out statistical analysis to measure and improve the use of our website.
- Testing, developing and improving the quality of our products and services.
On what grounds may we process your personal data?
The processing is legitimised by article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- Performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b): preparing and sending the quote you ask for and dealing with your enquiry.
- Your consent (art. 6.1.a): sending commercial communications and the newsletter, and the use of non-essential cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY (art. 6.1.f): statistical analysis to keep our website secure and to improve our products and services.
For how long will we keep your personal data?
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for as long as the law requires us to retain it. As a guide:
- Quote and contact enquiries: for the time needed to deal with your request and, if it does not lead to a commercial relationship, for up to 12 months afterwards.
- Customer and billing data: for the duration of the relationship and, once it ends, for the legally required periods (for tax and accounting purposes, generally up to 6 years).
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
- Cookies: for the periods stated in our Cookie Policy.
Once the data is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymised using appropriate security measures.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary to provide our service, with providers that act as our data processors under the agreements required by data protection law, and where a legal obligation requires it. These providers include:
- Slack (Slack Technologies), through which our team receives and manages the enquiries sent from the quote form.
- Google (Google Tag Manager and, subject to your consent, Google Analytics), for the website's tag management and audience measurement.
- Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), subject to your consent, to analyse how visitors use the website.
- Our hosting and IT providers, which store the website and the systems that route your enquiry to us.
International data transfers
Some of these providers (such as Slack, Google and Microsoft) are based in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards using the contact details below.
What are your rights?
The rights available to the USER are:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority ( ico.org.uk ) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

In the quote form, the fields we need in order to deal with your request (such as your email address) are marked as required, and the consent checkbox must be ticked; the remaining fields are optional. If the required fields are not completed, we may not be able to prepare or send you the quote you ask for. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful and undertakes to communicate any changes to it.
3. Security measures
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of the personal data for which it is responsible, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, whereby it is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.
