EU Declarations of Conformity
Conformity declarations issued by Bleta Solutions, S.L. for products placed on the EU market:
- Bleta Tab (model BT10-G4) — Radio equipment under
Directive 2014/53/EU and related harmonisation legislation. The signed
declaration is published at
/conformity/bleta-tab(Issue 1, 22 May 2026; signed PDF: Bleta_Tab_DoC_BT10-G4-001.pdf).
EU directives the Bleta Tab BT10-G4 conforms to
- Radio Equipment Directive — Directive 2014/53/EU
- RoHS 2 — Directive 2011/65/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2015/863
- Battery Regulation — Regulation (EU) 2023/1542
- Common Charger Directive — Directive (EU) 2022/2380
- Ecodesign for smartphones and tablets — Regulation (EU) 2023/1670
- Energy Labelling for smartphones and tablets — Regulation (EU) 2023/1669 (see EPREL note below)
- General Product Safety Regulation — Regulation (EU) 2023/988

- WEEE Directive — Directive 2012/19/EU
- GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679
- European Accessibility Act — Directive (EU) 2019/882
EPREL — energy label registration
The Bleta Tab BT10-G4 is built on the Lenovo Tab hardware platform (model TB311XU). The applicable EU energy label and product datasheet are registered in EPREL under the Lenovo Tab TB311XU entry:
- EPREL registration:
2230398(registered by Lenovo PC HK Limited) - Public datasheet: https://eprel.ec.europa.eu/qr/2230398
Bleta Solutions, S.L. is the supplier placing the BT10-G4 on the EU market, and reuses the upstream EPREL registration of the Lenovo Tab TB311XU rather than holding a separate Bleta-branded registration. This decision is consciously documented and reviewable on request.
Security update support period
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act) Annex II §2(f), Bleta declares the following support commitment for the Bleta Tab BT10-G4:
- Code-level security updates: expected through Q4 2028, inherited from the underlying Lenovo Tab hardware platform (TB311XU). Per the Lenovo Tab product datasheet (Lenovo PC HK Limited), the platform launched with Android 14 in Q4 2024 and is expected to receive 4 years of security updates from that launch. The Bleta Tab BT10-G4 inherits this upstream support window; Bleta does not extend the code-level update commitment beyond the platform provider’s.
- Broader security responses: at least 5 years from the date the Bleta Tab BT10-G4 was first placed on the EU market, as declared in the EU Declaration of Conformity §7.2. “Security responses” cover advisories, replacement product batches, remote feature-flag mitigations and other Bleta-controlled actions that do not require code-level platform updates.
- Update mechanism: over-the-air (OTA), delivered through Bleta’s distribution channel and through the underlying hardware platform’s OTA channel where enabled.
- Reporting vulnerabilities: see our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy and security.txt.
Where critical security patches remain available from upstream sources (e.g., Android Open Source Project) after the platform provider’s commitment ends in Q4 2028, Bleta may, at its discretion, extend the practical update period via internal backports; this is an internal operational option and does not extend Bleta’s published commitment above.
